Amazing!!! Our football team Both Flag and Tackle were looking for a new place to do our shirts and others for our teams. we came across Add It up. When speaking to Peter he assured us that they would take good care of us regardless of size of order. we decided to use them. We got our coach's shirts back no issues. But when it came to our team tournament shirts I ( the coach ) was getting a bit concerned I asked about the proof after about a week, he stated he would have it to us soon. We did not receive a proof till the day the shirts were to be picked up. ( around 1pm ) they had them for two weeks. Later that day I was called by Peter who stated the shirts were done. this was at 5:30pm they close at 6pm By then it was to late to pick them up. The next day Team mom and myself picked up the shirts they were ok not the best but good. The two team mom shirts however were not done correctly. They did NOT print the back of them at all. When I asked about it Peter said we did not request the backs to be done. Team mom then chimed in and reminded him when he called her she told him yes to print the backs just no numbers. Peter then got angry and started to argue with myself. I the customer told him I was not going to argue with him and did not have time to wait for them to print the backs as they are already a day late. He then said no they were done yesterday and he had till they closed. He is correct but should know that calling a half hour before they close to run across town was not customer satisfaction. He continued to argue with me. I again said I am not going to argue with you I will just not come back. He then said... " Your a idiot" I was amazed he just said that I turned to team mom and asked did you hear him call me that. She did and reminded him ( Peter ) that we are the customers and he should admit he made a mistake and try to satisfy us the customers. he just rudely handed us our change and thew stuff in there small office. As a big YAFL and NMFFL board and committee member I will redirect coach's and team moms to any other business that know how to handle and complete orders correctly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS POOR VERY POOR SERVICE.
Unprofessional and childish, they use typical "professional sounding" buissnessman jargon, they will agree to whatever price both parties sign off to then change it last minute, and as if this was not infuriating enough no one bothers to respond individually to each comment or complain, just copy and paste, very childish approach gentlemen, I for one will not be using, buying, or selling any products from this company until they can produce a better business plan and can prove to us, the customers, they can work right and not attempt to sweep mistakes and problems under a rug, good day to you all
I have used ad it up twice for sorority shirts and the pricing is amazing for college students! Not to mention, the turn around time is extremely quick! I recommend Ad It Up to anyone who wants great quality, great prices, and professionalism.
Seriously the best customer service. They have been SO helpful and have communicated really well which I appreciate. They made something a rush order for me. I will be going back here for all my vinyl, screen printing, and embroidery needs! They also have great prices.
