We were very excited about this product. But to be honest the system and software has cost my company over 8K. We are calling the support team weekly with system problems. The system will not show overtime and if it does the math is completely wrong! Every single pay period we are finding pay discrepancies due to the Timelogix system. They have done multiple system updates, we have let the support team set up everything how we need it per our business needs. And we are still having problems with NO solution in sight. Monday all my employees came to clock in and out of 20 employees only 1 could clock in. Now the punch in clock will not work at all! And they are now telling us we must pay for all shipping, really guys this is not how you treat customers. I STRONGLY recommend for all potential customers considering this product to re think your options. We as small businesses are having a hard enough time keeping the doors open due to the pandemic and other things going on in this country. The last thing we need is another company that promises help to not fulfil there obligations. I have been asking to speak with a manager for over a week now. These managers must have meetings 24/7 because that is there excuse every time I call. Maybe one day I will be able to speak with an actual manager. Your website clearly says "the customer is right" might want to re brand
