[Update March 2022] I am lowering my review to 2 stars due to recent correspondence. This company is an administrative disaster. You are going to be 10 emails back and forth if anything goes wrong, saying the same thing over and over again. I would give it zero stars were it not for the fact that when it works it WILL save you substantial amounts of money. But good luck on the customer support. They are quite polite but totally incompetent. The first review (below) will help you navigate their system, in case you are really motivated ___ They are 20% of the cost of a regular pharmacy, but for the rest its a nightmare. Especially if you don't know how it works, which they document very poorly. The easiest way is if you have a prescription in hand, or else if your prescription is already at a participating pharmacy (and most of them are participating), you just order the product online, go to your pharmacy and present your blink health card for payment, it operates similarly to an insurance card. The second way is to have your doctor e-prescribe to Blink RX, order the medication online and request it shipped. The problem there is that it takes 4-8 business days to ship, let alone receive it. I had an urgent need for prescription so they were able to accelerate the shipping process for me, which I why I am giving them 4 starts, despite slow shipping and atrocious customer service (it takes 3 mails to resolve anything as the main support staff don't even have access to the prescriptions, its two separate companies). They say they accept insurance but that would be pretty risky given their performance in the first two relatively simpler cases. If you are paying out of pocket however I would recommend. Just not for urgent needs.
If youre 65 or younger! You can be interviewed by their doctor and granted a prescription. On your 66th birthday, you can no longer get a prescription from their doctor. You now have to go to the extra effort and cost of going to a local doctor and get a prescription. Pretty amazing this company blatantly practices age discrimination!!!! Theres to many other companies out there doing the service , who are not practicing age discrimination. No reason to deal with this rediculous company.
Terrible customer service! They don't answer the phone and they completely ignore emails. And it's not that their prices are that much cheaper. I would avoid them. They border on being a scam.
