I do like the hair coustomer service has been poor to say the least I was propositioned by the company to do a review which I did however when it came time to receive $10 off it was a big issue even bargaining to take it down to $5 it is beyond me why a company would want to loose hundreds of dollars for $10 here was the offer Hi Dear friend,nice day! we are happy to see your package has been deliveryed Could you pls leave us all 5 STARS feedback and also Item as Described : 5 STARS Communication : 5 STARS Shipping Speed : 5 STARS please show me a screenshot like below then you will get $10 CASH BACK or deduct 10$ on your next order do you like that

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!!! I bought a wig it supposed to be 20 inches long and it only stop at my shoulders. The wig looked like it couldve been bought in a beauty supply store.The wig is so thin and Im mad that I wasted my money. Please dont waste yours!!!! Im so serious DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE its a SCAM!!!

Ordene cabello y destde 8 día el cabello no llegaba, reclamo y me disen que no tienen el cabello pero nunca me notificaron si yo quería otro largo, nada les digo que me envíen en otra medida y que me lo envíen de un día para otro o el renvolso y prefirieron decir que en 72 horas Arian el reembolso, yo tenía un evento muy interesante y no podré lucir mi cabello porque simplemente no tuvieron la atención de decir no tenemos la medida que quieres te podemos mandar 22 en ves de 24
