Most of the staff are rude, inconsiderate people who obviously don't want to be there. Some of the doctors don't know what they are doing. On a positive note, a few of the receptionists are great.

The staff was great to my family very clean place. Dr. Teryn Edwards is the best, very calm, very helpful and very patient with her patients...lol

Siempre tomo en cuenta las referencias acerca de acudir a algún lugar,y debo decir sinceramente que fui con alguna precaución por lo que leí. Muchas gracias!!!!!!! Realmente son excelentes.necesité una extracción con cirugía y fue grandioso.Son muy amables todos,las recepciónistas,el odontologo,el cirujano.Gracias.y mi problema era una urgencia tenía mucho dolor.

I switched from ossining open door because port chester was closer. So far looks like the doctors dont like patients to switch.. not sure, but this was my impression... The first doctor that saw me even asked me once to choose one thing yo talk about because she had 2 other patients to see. Not sure if this is ok, but i kept calm even though I didnt like it. I even thought about going back to ossining, but everyone has told me that they should still treat me as any patient.. the reception people are nice so far, lab people too, they ate kind of funny
