Awful service - the sales guy that came to my home was great. Their crew? Not so much. Had my windows installed September 2017 - during hurricane Irma. The workers took DAYS to finally come to my house and do my windows. And when they did, they ripped out all the seals/wood around my window and left my insulation and materials between my siding and the walls EXPOSED during the hurricane!! Don't even waste your breath calling in to complain about their crappy work ethic because nobody will do anything or return your calls. Not to mention, I have a large portrait window in my kitchen that was leaking. How did they fix it? They put a clear sealant on the glass, which has dripped onto parts of my window. My husband told the guy that came out, that it was unacceptable and to reorder a new window. Took 4 weeks to come in. They called me, REPEATEDLY back to back until I answered my phone while I was at work to tell me it was in and that they could come the following week to install it. Except when the guy came, he didn't even bother to bring my window. Drove all the way to my home for absolutely no reason. Wasting my time, and my sister's time who had been at my house waiting an hour for him to show up. I called to complain about the situation, among ALL the other issues I have had with their company's service, and its been a week since I have heard from anyone. Their windows may be great, but their staff is awful and don't give their customers the time of day once you sign that paper to purchase their services.

Well don't call them and tell them you're a contractor. 90 lousy ft of gutter that I needed installed and I get the run around that they do work for contractors. I've been in business 30 years, never have I been spoken to and felt second rate like I had today @ 11:22 am. Treat people the way you want to be treated is my motto.

I used Enloe to install a screened porch and to extend my patio. I have been very pleased with the craftsmanship. I feel that I received a fair price for the service, because I shopped around before I decided to use them. The crew was professional, and they cleaned up behind themselves.

Enloe installed gutters with leaf guards around the whole house. The sales rep showed us all of the options with the costs, we selected one and it was installed within 2 weeks. The installers were right on time and stayed late until the job was done. I thought the cost was a little high, but I feel like we got what we paid for - high quality gutters and installation. Since then weve had some heavy rains and there have been no issues. Very pleased!

Bad bad customer no-service from Enloe Residential siding. After they vetted me twice to be sure I was the decision maker, they didnt show up at 10am. I called and was told a rep would call me. 20 min later I called back - phone svc hung up - call back ask for manager - 8 min on hold and hung up - call back phone svc hangs me up - call back and scheduler Walter hears me out but has no answers. I tell him to pass my issue to managers Larry or Cody and see if either of them have the guts to call me back - and go ahead and cancel my appointment. I wont be doing business with them.
