Hello Nicholas, Our apologies you struggled to get a hold of staff, unfortunately due to the pandemic we have had to have less staff in the office to man the phone lines, we also had a huge amount of calls and emails to go through with many students requiring our services this year. I'm based in Brighton and have used their services 3-4 times. Their prices are very fair, staff is friendly however: - it is seemingly impossible to get someone on the phone when I call them, tried dozens of times over a week and no response each time - This last time I've used their services, their communication has been very disappointing (confirmation emails never sent, poor over all communication). I'd happy rate this 5 stars if they had more effective communication with customers.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Too many hidden charges! Have to pay for a whole second month when I only wanted it held for 3 extra days! Make it sound like free delivery and dont make it clear you have to pay to get your belongings back! Stay away! Horrible!

Used Spaceman storage for Uni, and have to say the service was quite good, allowing to take extra boxes then only have the boxes used was very appreciated. Only thing I've seen as a downside is that they didn't give an estimated time of arrival the day before. It meant that I had to stop what I was doing until they arrived. However other than that, service was great. I'd like to thank Martin and the Urban Spaceman Storage team, for making it simple and easy.

Worst problem is that it is impossible to contact Urban Spaceman. They do not pick up calls and you can send a message via their website (150 characters only) to which you will never receive a reply. Watch out for the hidden costs. Urban spaceman might look cheaper at first glance, but you need to pay to get your boxes back. Furthermore, it is very inconvenient to use. On the days of boxes delivery, boxes pickup and boxes redelivery, you have to be at home from 9am to 4pm as the boxes could be delivered at any time on that day. This is incredibly inconvenient. It would be better if they gave a smaller time slot in which the boxes could arrive.
