Interesting. We don't see a Mark Brosnan anywhere in our customer lists. Either way, mistakes happen and we would work to correct it. All you have to do is contact us - we even list a phone number and have people that pick up the phone.

Sent the wrong product.. How hard can it be? Now I have to go through the return protocol etc. Find somewhere else to buy your clothing.......................................... Update.....I sent back the incorrect item and they sent me the correct one. It was as advertised, good quality. I had to pay for shipping on the return, which is the norm for many retailers. After posting I thought that I may have been a little harsh with them, mistakes are sometimes made but after they replied on line that I wasnt actually a customer (Fake, fraud?) I thought I probably did the right thing. Maybe this will help them get their process issues sorted out.

I was so happy with my tee shirts!! This company has awesome customer service. Amanda was super helpful and totally understood my vision. They were not only great quality but we had a deadline to meet and they were able to make it happen. I would recommend this screen printer with 5 stars! Will be working with them again!
