You can no longer call a branch directly, the 800# talks FOR-EVER before it gives you the options menu and at present, I've been holding for 14 MINUTES...STILL...no representative! #CustomerServiceFAIL #SMDH! *UPDATE* We started driving to the branch, while still on hold to get an answer, got there after being on hold for 28 minutes with NO ANSWER from the 800 line. #SAD!

Great service, however I really dont like you cant reach the branch directly! You have to go through there call center.

Refenced my vehicle DEC 2021. AS of 4/8/22 I still have no Registration. The credit Union never submitted paperwork for New registration. Now I was told I'll Have to wait 4-6 week more to be able to get plates for my vehicle
