They simply did a "bait and switch" of ownership and put my house in their name on May 1, 2018. The loan was left in my name until May 2019! I had no obligation to file taxes in 2018 but I am now being audited for 2018 because they reported they bought the house but only made payments on my loan until I had to strong arm them to refinance in May 2019. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE FRAUDS!!

Recently I sold my house to Pro Source which I considered it to a fair and satisfying transaction. Working with Laurie Pollard and Charles Haney, it was a smooth and timely process. I kept waiting for the RED flag to go up during the the designated time period. It really shocked me because I have bought and sold houses before but never with that kind of ease. Pro Source, and those who represented then truly made a difference in my life. After my parents passed away and I inherited their home, I was overwhelmed with what to do with it. It needed updating and repairs that I simply wasnt equipped to handle myself. On a whim, I called and was greeted by a very pleasant, nonjudgmental person who scheduled an appointment for Lee to come see the house. When I met with Lee, I was again greeted with reason and comfort. I knew that the decision to sell the home to Pro Source was the right one. They not only respected me, but they respected the home. The end result was a beautiful home that a new family now owns. I could not be more proud of what Pro Source accomplished. So, I just bought a house, 2- 3 months ago. In that time, I have received 2 postcards, one not even in my name (I assume previous owner's name) , but the most recent one was in my name. So, you updated some of your records, just not the important ones. Now, instead of seeking out the people with for sale signs in their yard. You seem to "target" people who are in financial distress. Sending out mass postcards, and follow ups, to anyone on the preforclosure list. On that same note, I could call and tell you my name and address, so you will remove me from your mailing lists. But, "this" is just how I, do business. 1 star.
