So Ive been here at this apartment for four years. Never have I had a problem with my water being turned off and not being notified. Today I woke up and took a shower and in the middle of my shower the water turned off. And then I went to my front door to find a note that was not there this morning when I went out there to get my package. So its extremely annoying that they decided to put a note on my door last minute.Especially for something as important as water. It was definitely a great way to wake up(sarcasm)

However, due to a change in address, a second check had to be issued to a new location. The delay was caused since we needed to order a stop-payment on the first check. Sucks!!!!! I've been waiting about 4 months now for a $100 app fee that I was told would be returned if I didn't get approved for the unit they keep telling me to wait 30 days well now it's Been 60 days plus n still no check n no one returns my calls . This is getting super old getting ready to call the (BBB) don't ever come here

The management is amazing! They are always willing to help and listen to your needs. The maintenance team are also amazing and always gets things done in a timely manner. I definitely want to stay within the HSL company if not in the same apartment complex, which I would prefer. Love Canyon Creek and their staff!

I attempted to get an apartment here but the leasing agent stephanie pulled a real shading move. After she showed me the apartment that was available for me to take I decided to fill out the application paperwork. Then she said that I would have to get a money order because a check would not do for payment, so when I went to go leave to get the money order, while I was gone she gave the apartment away that I wanted and then try to get me to go into a different apartment when I came back. The new apt was definitely not as impressive as the one I liked. Shady acts like this make this complex very untrustworthy and a strong lack of integrity. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
