Nasty place to work. Major safety concerns. Lack of professionalism in management. No PM for cnc machines. No regard for entry level employees. Lack of training, safety, cnc operation standard machine shop practice.....ect. Not able to track orders as a machine operator due to never seeing any work orders. Overlooking safety to get materials out quickly. Over loaded work stations.
