Some divorces are uneventful, especially when uncontested. We do uncontested divorces for a low, flat fee. Imagine getting divorce for less than $1,000 per party! Who can complain about that? If the parties can agree, the divorce can be completed as quickly as 30 days, and they never have to appear in court. Of course we enjoy our "time to shine" in court, but why go through the time, expense, and all the bad feelings if you don't have to? We always prefer to settle a case rather than litigate, even if it results in a mediocre review. Resolving a case is cheaper, faster, and easier on both you and the kids.

Alison is AMAZING. Her strategies are well thought out and deliberate. She does her homework and truly invests everything she has into your case. She has been my attorney over a two and a half year ugly custody battle. And the entire time shes remained caring, concerned and one hundred percent dedicated to fighting her hardest for my case and my rights. She is very upfront, open, and honest with what you should expect to face in court. And has always taken as much time as I needed to explain the complicated workings of our court systems. I had 4 attorneys before I was blessed to meet Alison. And none of them even came close to Alisons dedication and work ethic.

Alison is absolutely amazing! I changed attorneys in the middle of my case at the recommendation of a family member. I cannot be more happy with the switch I made. In the few months Alison has represented me she has done more for me than my last attorney did in almost a year. Alison responds to emails and phone calls in at most 24 hours but usually within a few hours or even minutes. I met with her on a Friday evening to talk about a possible stipulation. She emailed what she had written for my approval that Sunday evening, made changes I asked for instantly and sent it to opposing counsel Monday morning! I have never known an attorney to work so quickly and efficiently. I know that I can trust the advise she gives me because she knows the law and is 100% upfront and honest. Alison is an excellent attorney!! My high conflict divorce was not easy on anyone. She stuck it through and did the best she could. Did far better than my pervious attorney. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She deserves more then 5 stars.
