Hello Jace. We are sorry about this but we are the mercy of MBS. We dont make these board as MBS is the manufacturer. You were never charged for the order and we informed you every step of what the manufacturer told us. We have absolutely no control of another companys (MBS) production issues. A discount was offered and is still available to you when MBS fixes their production issues.

I placed an order online for the MBS Atom 95X Mountainboard last month towards the beginning of the month and it was said to ship on August 1st. Then I got an email from the company saying something happened in production and the order wouldnt be shipped out until September 1st. This didnt bother me because PRODUCITON ISSUES can occur. Then just this week I got another email saying it was pushed back to October 1st because of PRODUCTION ISSUES. After this second email I got a bit annoyed that the company hadnt resolved its PRODUCTION ISSUES yet and decided to cancel my order and buy from a different company for cheaper. As far as I am concerned this company is a waste of time and doesnt resolve its issues.

Friendly staff, convenient location, and quality products! Jason and his team are resourceful and provide great customer service. I've bought many items through this shop and have taken advantage of the SUP and Kiteboarding lessons that are offered...definitely going back the next time I'm in California!

The shopping & ordering process via their very professional website was both easy and intuitive. There was an availability issue with the board I'd ordered, and an extremely courteous member of their sales staff called me promptly deal with the issue. Ultimately they were able to quickly find the exact board I wanted, and it was shipped expeditiously. I WILL be using their business again. I recommend them fully.

California Kiteboarding is first rate! They are helpful, trustworthy, service-oriented, and go the extra mile to do the right thing. They were able to provide a SUP board that no one else could provide - trust me, we searched. They know their stuff and were extremely helpful as we considered the trade offs between different makers and models. They put our interests first, instead of just trying to sell us what would be best for them. When the model we bought was damaged during shipping, they could not have done a better job in providing a replacement - no cost, no hassle. I am not one who writes a lot of reviews. And I am pretty picky when it comes to vendors. I hope you will give them a shot.
