Steve has helped me many times. One time last August, my thermostat went out and he came over after 5 p.m and fixed me up. Recently, my renter had no heat. Steve was in class all day (Saturday) but still managed to show up and fix the problem. In my opinion, they get an A+

Steve is as good as they come. We met when another competitor told me my unit needed to be replaced for $10k. I was skeptical. I called Northeast and they showed up in a couple hours. The first company told me the unit was shot and was 10 years old, so I needed to replace it. Steve told me that a power surge had simply cuased it to reverse directions. He repaired it. It has been working for 6 years now with a couple of small repairs and some annual checkups. You've got to trust your AC guy. There are alot of shady characters in this business. Steve and Northeast Heating and Air are the best.

I have used NE Heat and Air for 20 years and have always found Steve to have an extensive knowledge of HVAC systems. Additionally, NE Heat and Air has always had a very high level of integrity as well as a rapid response in the event of an emergency.
