I ordered a size 12 shoe and got a 13, simple mistake but no fault of mine. When I called to get instructions on return and replacement I spoke to a lady who rushed me off the phone, no audienceno help, simply brash! Who does that in business???. I actually needed to swap for a different, costlier shoe but instead I will just get a refund. Customer service in this day and ago is everything. I have bought from here before with satisfaction hence the 2 star for old glory I guess...

I just called to do a final payment and spoke with a young lady with an Asian accent. I am in no way prejudice but her attitude and tone was not what I have previously received from this store. I am a customer service manager and she would be terminated from this doctors office. I want you all to convey to her that we have the volition to spend our dollars anywhere and the handling of the a customer professionally goes along way.
