Not a company of their word! Pretty much ALL brands look nice when they are new. DRV FIFTH WHEELS have way more options than RvFactory! DRV also costs less. RvFactory has quite a jaded history when it comes to warranty service. Look around online for the horror stories that customers have experienced with them when it comes to service issues! Their website shows a list of MORE DISCLAIMERS than they do options! Look around at other Brands. Good luck!!

Sorry for the issue you were having. As you were advised in your factory warranty, some of the components are covered under separate warranties, like appliances and generators which have their own national service networks. In this case, there was a problem with this supplier responding to you in a timely manner. When we were informed of this, we went to the national distributor and rectified this problem with an upgraded LG refrigerator. I would like to note that we at The RV Factory, are in a position to talk to the top people at our various suppliers to facilitate quick resolutions for our customers. The RV Factory doesn't even deserve a one star. We purchased an RV from them in March 2020 and have had nothing but problems with them since. They use awful products that do not last. This was to be our forever home to travel in and everything keeps breaking in it. I had to file a complaint with the Indiana Better Business Bureau. Buyers BEWARE... Heartland and the DRV builders are far superior to what we have had with this company. Now after only 7 months our refridge broke and after 4 case numbers we are still trying to get someone out to look at it. The RV Factory really takes no responsibility for anything. You need to be very careful of this company. We are stuck now and just have to try and deal with all this the best we can.

Tiffany did a great job of showing us around the showroom. Although the factory was not operating when we visited (off due to Holidays) Tiffany showed us around, and let us go through some of your amazing fifth wheels. We will come back for a full factory tour soon. Thanks for a great Experience!

I have a 2020 44fl that Ive had water leaking issues with !!! The half bath floor and all the wood cabinets wet from water leak . Also anytime the sink in the island is used there is water leaking from the wood cabinets searched under the sink leaks are buried with no access points to reach . Ive been waiting over a month to be reimbursed for repairs made to the washer and dryer .and now Im waiting a month for a water leak to be fixed you would think there would be a sense of urgency to correct this issue but there has been little to no concern from luxe . Deeply concerned with the build quality even though I did the factory tour and researched luxe for 2 years prior to buying this camper . Prior I owned a tiffin allegro bus and couldnt praise them enough for how they handled any issues Im Hoping to see luxe stand behind there work and fix this problem .
