Hi it can be frustrating when you miss out especially at the moment when demand for used cars is so high. Sometimes its just not meant to be All the best in your search I personally took the second call and would like to point out how rude and obnoxious you were demanding to speak to a manager Then using derogatory words about Richard our sales manger who is an absolute asset to us here at ync That particular car has been sold today The customer has already left a 5* review Based on his GENUINE BUYING EXPERIENCE kind regards Waseem

I called to enquiry about a car I called the week before and they said the car was not available So I called again to try and reserve the car and then got told they had someone on it I then called to speak to a manager and got spoken over by there so called director I have been buying cars for over 20 years and have never come across such rudeness to a customer to the point he told me to change my tone, which I didnt have Then would not let me say what I had to say and just spoke over me Then on top of that turned and said he does not want my money Fair play, but I would not recommend, they are rude very very unprofessional and way below industry standard for customer service.. So if you do by a car I bet your customer service after will be rubbish I have never come across such poor customer service before in the first instance (phone call) ever before..

Hi Brian legal limit for tyres is 1.6mm for Mot purposes. all our cars have tyres have at least 5mm all round . BMW Approved used Across the UK have a min of 3mm. So our standard exceeds that Apologies you are unhappy with the service you received Please contact me directly Waseem YNC

Great customer service. Well looked after by the whole team. Including the test drive was probably all done in just over an hour. Even took my MOT failure as part ex. Would recommend 5*
