This place is right smack in the middle of north central Tucson thats the only good thing about this place!! There is also ALWAYS something happening in the community.cops are ALWAYS around. NASTY VIOLENT NEIGHBORS. The building was infested with roaches termite and other bugs and nothing ever gets fixed after consistent complaints. This is NOT a community I would recommend anyone to live in.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Management is awful.. You'll have a far more pleasant experiences for living somewhere else. PLEASE DON'T TANGLE YOURSELF IN THIS WEB!

Absolutely ghetto place to live in, Cops are always arresting someone in here. I lived for one year and was tired of seeing cops in the community all the time. Office staff lies about cops never tell you if something happens. Neighbors next door involved in drugs and violence almost every night. Reported it to the office several times but they never kicked them out, ended up calling 911 at 3am to stop the violence. I got out of there as soon as I could. Manager is absolutely greedy, ate our whole deposit and lied about leaving the apartment dirty even tho i left everything clean. They charge you half of the nonrefundable deposit but still thats not enough for them.They'll eat your deposit and would accuse you of already broken things. Really greedy management, maintenance takes months to do their work and blames you for everything wrong in the apartment. I was told to shut up and deal with the broken stove and broken bath tub. Termite infestation in my patio wall but the management lied that they dont see it. Location is nice closer to University but its not worth your money. Dont be fooled by all of these nice comments. Go somewhere else!!!

We lived here for 10 months The price is great based on the location and what you get. The only thing made us move out was they dont have washer and dryer in each unit, but the laundromat has the feature of using the washer and dryer with your credit card. The maintenance was really good as they come right away to fix whats going bad. I really loved this place and would recommend it only if you dont have problem with the washer and dryer.

Extremely disrespectful office staff, slumlords, cockroaches and rodents prevalent everywhere and maintenance fulfills orders so far out at 6 months. Loud music and nothing ever gets fixed after consistent complaints
