Went to Intense Cycles Inc today thinking their was a store front but it was corporate no one at the front desk. Someone came out of one of the rooms and just went into another room not even asking me if I've been helped... Knocked in on one of the offices to inquire. Guy tells me this is their corporate office and thats it.. Doesn't even direct me to an associate if I had questions on their product or anything. Was hoping to take a look at some of the bikes and had a few questions and maybe get a test ride.. Pretty disappointing experience...
Intense will not honor their warranty. Two of their carbon frames have failed on me (broken seat tube on one and the brake mount sheared off on the other) during a ride in just the last year. Never riding Intense again.
Best customer service I've experienced at any bike manufacturer, if you have any issues they handle it immediately and their bikes rip. I highly recommend purchasing their bikes
LOVE MY TAZER. <3 My husband and I purchased a new e-bike from Intense Cycles a few months ago and it has worked wonderfully since even after ripping around Big Bear and Mammoth mountain trails. Overall I am impressed with how well the Tazer was made and how well it was assembled. Thank you for the support!
It's the worst after-sales service I've seen. They do not recognize you at all, the price of bikes is very high. I would never recommend intense cycles. PS I broke a frame
