Don't order this place. They ship it late but complain it to FedEx. Just buy from local BMW. I don't recommend this place.

It looks like one of our new team members assist you with the cancellation. Unfortunately, they made a mistake and did not cancel the order properly or submit the order for a refund. Ill be following up with their supervisor to make sure moving forward they are clear on the correct process and procedure. I have gone ahead and have issued youre the refund properly. Our office is closed on the weekend however, your refund will be processed on Monday. You should see it back to your card in 2-3 days. UPDATE 04/20: I was refunded for my previous issue but I made a purchase of $52.30, plus $37.40 shipping. There was no warning of me having to pay duty, but in order to get my package I had ro pay $19.87! These guys have gotten from bad to worse. I could have gotten this order from a different company where it listed that duy was included. I expected more, but all the seem to do is mess up. Can't seem to be able to trust them. I called in to cancel an order that had an incorrect address, they assured me it was cancelled and my money would be refunded. I placed a new order with the correct address and the my old order ended up being shipped, and I never got my money back.

It looks like we received both the Motive and the Schwaben brake bleeders on the same day. One of the receivers must have mixed up the labels on your package. I am having our warehouse manager check our current inventory to make sure we dont have any more mislabeled bleeders on the shelf. If we do make a mistake we typically cover the return shipping back to us. I do see that our customer service team provided you a return FedEx shipping label. Im not sure if maybe the label didnt make it to your in box? I would be happy to work with you on the return shipping that you paid out of pocket. Just be careful. I ordered a Schwaben brake bleeder from them. Got a Motive bleeder, in a Motive labeled box but with Schwaben inventory sticker. OK, Not what I wanted but was going to make it work. Then found out the Motive was defective and would only pump 2.5 psi. I found this out without putting any brake fluid through it, just a dry run. They let me send it back and refunded the tool price but I had to pay for shipping from them & back to them. Won't be using them again. ------------------- I have tried a few times to edit this but have not been able to succeed in the fashion that truly suits me. That said --- update ---- Pelican reached out & made things right. Sometimes when you cannot fix what went wrong in the first place amends can be made to help make things right again and Pelican certainly did that with me and my situation. Kudos to them for that!
