Customer service rep was very rude when I called to get help after getting a repeated error while trying to order a part on their website for my mat cutter. Went to another company to order part, even after figuring out the error myself.

"American made" products are falling apart in my hands upon first use, twice, and Ace, which charges over double the price that everyone else does, wants to give me a hard time about my wanting a refund. Thanks to Fletcher-Terry Company and my treatment at Ace Hardware, I will no longer be paying over double the money for "American made" products, in fact, I'm going to make it a point to boycott such products and stores.
