Ive had my tax Business Rojas Tax Service for over 20 years and never had an issue with receiving our pass through incentives money. This first year with TBP Professional has been an horrible experience. We usually receive our incentives in the summer months. When September came around and we didnt receive our money $10,383, we called them and spoke with Kiani Alvarez and she explain to my husband that the funds were slow in coming in. She told him to call the next week so he called shes never available to pick up his calls. Weve emailed her plenty of times so we can get our money from her or the company no answer. Today I called and asked to speak to her and of course she was not available. I did leave a message with the gentleman that answered the phone and politely told him if I dont hear from her by the end of today I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau. So please explained what happened to our money. NEXT SEASON DEFINITELY NOT USING THIS COMPANY.
