It is our goal to make sure every project goes as smoothly as possible along with exceptional quality. We at Shirt Lizard produce in excess of 20,000 prints per week with 300 plus logos. With that, occasionally mishaps will happen. We also believe every shirt should go out with the highest quality. Unfortunately we had a situation where a few shirts had ink spots on them. And it is our goal to remedy these situations as quickly as possible. With the garment dyed Comfort Colors shirts the ink cannot be cleaned from the shirts like a traditionally dyed shirt. So we had to order in replacements. Amber was informed of the situation and told we would order replacements and complete the project as soon as UPS delivered the shirts the next day. Being the most experienced printer in the region with Comfort Colors apparel we understand the challenges of the product and also the chance of getting unmatched product in from the supplier. So with this time sensitive situation we ordered in two different batches of shirts from two different supplies, just in case one batch didnt match properly. One batch of shirts had pockets like the shirts that were supplied to us originally by Amber and the other set did not. Unfortunately those were the options that were available. Well, as you would have it, the shirts with pockets didnt match so we were challenged with Tailoring the shirts by Sewing pockets on the ones that did not have pockets. Then printing both the front and back of the shirts all within a couple of ours of UPS delivering the shirts. Ambers employee did have to wait 20 or 30 minutes while we completed counting boxing the product. Yes I do believe good things happen to good people for good reasons as Amber was able to get the product to her customer on Friday for her Saturday event. Again, thank you for your feedback. Worst experience we have ever received ANYWHERE!! Missed our deadline called said come tomorrow called before we left they said the shirts were ready yet our employee still had to sit and wait over an hour for them to finis. Called the owner and received no apology and some super sarcastic comments like well good things happen to good people for a reason. Nothing good happened here!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!! No one answers the phone. No one was in the building when i arrived. When i finallly talk to someone theres always an attitude that comes with it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND using them
