I've been a suddenlink customer for 25 years I'm down to just internet service now which for 500 mgs and unlimited data is 97 dollars a month. The rlices go up constantly and I have to call to renegotiate but they know they have a monopoly here and I dont really have much choice its just ridiculous. Why isnt there another service provider that's vaguely comparable?

SUDDENLINK gave us great service when a tree limb took down our internet line during snowmageddon 2021. We called them Friday and received an an appointment for Monday; Tristan, the lineman, was right on time and had us fixed up in no time! Yeah Suddenlink, were back on the net!!

Ladies there were very helpful and resolved my situation quickly. The call center is kind of a joke though.
