My wife and I went to purchase a Dodge Charger when we got their the price is not the same as online. They add additional 6-7k to the MSRP claiming that it added paint protection to every car on the lot for 2k! Then additional 5k for adjustment.the sales person sharif was so unprofessional that my wife wanted to walk out the dealership, he was writing down our info with a tissue.also the sales person wouldnt let us hold the keys to start the car as we would run away with the car. Go somewhere else where people appreciate your money!

I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST! If no stars were an option, Id choose that. I normally dont leave reviews, but everyone should know and be aware of just how unprofessional Justin the sales manager is. I went there looking at a vehicle, I didnt agree with the numbers they gave me and left. They then proceeded to text me offering me a better deal. The following week I called asking if it was still available and they told me yes and to come in. I drove 30 minutes away to come in for them to tell me we couldnt make the sale due to the banks being closed. They proceeded to run our credit and the numbers again for everything to be approved by the following morning. However, they came back with numbers that didnt match the quote he had originally texted. We then asked why it was different and he said because it went into the shop. $2,000 more for it to be serviced? All these questions were directed to our sales guy Andrew who was great. The sales manager Justin then came over with a hostel attitude asking if he could interrupt. He proceeded to get loud with us and tell us that the price he told us he would give us the car for changed due to them fixing a headlight and painting over an arm rest. We then questioned why and it started a whole debacle. Resulting in them telling us to rudely get out. By far the worst experience Ive ever had.

A Killer dealer ! First , I will start by saying that all my words are truly experienced . We.bought a car as soon as we arrived from France with our 4 young kids . We were in a hurry. The dealer took advantage of it and it could have turned dramatically. The Honda Odyssey we bought 5 years ago (2013 Odyssey) had no decent key, they broke in their parking lot and the store closed in front of us. It was a rainy day, the wipers were also broken. I could have died in a car accident because of that. It took me 2 hours to go back home (Bala Cynwyd, Pa). We needed to replace right away the 4 tires, the rotors. ...the list is endless. Everything is messed up with this car. We are very concerned about their ethic and their way of abusing of foreigners. Now that I am well settled in the US and know better how it works , I could have sued them for Fraudulent sale with life threatening consequences. To be avoided.
