Little selection and refused service due to a medical issue I have and not allowing alternative face covering options or any other means of service literally telling me to come back when covid is over. I had no temp, no symptoms, and still never have. I understand the precaution but there was ZERO empathy. even have been on HR approved medical leave from work wince last June which they were made aware of so it's not like I was just messing with them. Even after they refused to help me, I went out into the hallway of the office building they are in, standing 2 feet from their door (because apparently THAT was ok just not on their side of the door) while my wife stayed and looked for frames for me. As to not have to deal with me at all, even gave her the frames to bring out into the hallway for me to look at then take back in the office because they have a magic door that kills all the germs they were so worried about since I couldn't wear the type of mask they wanted. They were rude and dismissive to my wife basically telling her to leave without saying the exact words. I get every option on lenses and cost on the frames are basically meaningless due to my specific requirements and I know them loosing little ole me will not matter to them.
Hi Kumar, we cannot find any record of you having been seen in our office, so I am not sure what situation caused a delay in your care. That being said, we make every effort to see patients on time and do so quite successfully. There may be times when delays occur due to the need to see an emergency patient, or if a particular patient's examination takes longer than expected. No punctuality Main thing is timing she never saw me on time everytime you have to wait for half n hour for your turn.. alwyas running behind the schedule..which i hate it..
I thought Dr Massucci and her dedicated staff were examples of a professionally run business keeping the patient at the forefront of their interests. They had flexible scheduling, and gave individualized care and ocular therapy plans according to pt needs. They also added some pt responsibility which helped me to take ownership of my homework staying focused on improving in my areas of deficits. I thank you,Dr Acala for referring me to this practice and I am grateful that Dr Massucci exists to diagnose my deficits and treat them appropriately .I am truly eternally grateful. I didnt choose to have a concussion but I did choose to follow Dr Massuccis guidance.
Dr. Massucci is really in tune to the finer details of my vision. I was a former tramatic brain injured patient and she keyed in to my problems that affected my vision. The most understanding person that had to deal with my vision problems.
