I had a pretty unprofessional and very subpar experience working with Wells trying to acquire team T-shirts on behalf of the Maxwell Air Force Base "Squadron Officer School" Program. Wells was recommended to my team as a local company familiar with our program and as a result we chose to give them our business. I have two big complaints with Wells: - Order Accuracy and Speed. The completion date of our order was progressively moved back four separate times. The company cited inventory issues as a result of COVID which given our current times I do accept as a valid reason. However being given 4 separate completion dates (each at the day before or day of pick up) made us feel like we were strung along and that Wells only gave us a shiny sounding estimated timeline at the beginning to secure our business knowing that it would not be possible. Ultimately, one of our T-shirts was not even the correct size. Lastly, there were many other teams at the SOS program who ordered shirts through other vendors who received their correctly sized and designed T-shirts in half the time taken by Wells. We also did some initial research with those others companies and now wish we had given them our business. - Communication. Communication from Wells was extremely unimpressive - conversing with the business and its representatives is like pulling teeth. The company never took the initiative to reach out and convey pertinent information to our order (ie that in fact the products would not be ready to pickup tomorrow) and it always took our team calling in repeatedly to get any kind of status update. Due to the lack of communication by phone, on two occasions I physically stopped by the business to try and speak face to face only to be notified on both occasions that the person with that information was out of office. I also requested the phone number to that individual which was never provided and hence could only resort to email. Ultimately, we picked up our products on the fourth estimated delivery date with 1 shirt being of a size we did not order. At pickup, we found it concerning that a business that had already repeatedly been proven questionable would relinquish the products to us and say "we will be in touch in a couple days about pricing." In compensation for difficulty working with Wells our team was provided a 30% discount which our team found inadequate for the amount of discomfort and broken promises we experienced. Other teams at the SOS program also verbalized similar difficulties working with Wells.

Worked with Porsha and Kevin who were super helpful and responsive. The signage to help lead me to the front door for pick-up was very helpful, but I wish there was a little bit more of it. Overall my team is really pleased with the shirts we got and we really liked the art for the mascot. Just another small suggestion would be maybe have a little bit more information about the fit for the types of shirts on the order form. In some shirts I am a large, and in others I am a medium. I got a large, just in case, but the kind we got seems to run a little big.
