Way too loud to comfortably live here. On-site construction begins well before posted hours, on weekends, and exceeds legal noise levels. Management will try to get you to pay more for a quieter apartment. Management does not care about tenant comfort.

Smoke-Parties-Poor Management People smoke in their rooms, constantly, it will seep under your door and your room will smell. There is absolutely nothing you can do and management does nothing more than asking them to stop. Neighbors will throw parties until 2am, concierge will politely asks them to stop but that is it, they will continue and you will call 2-4 times in a night and nothing will happen. Poor management speaks for itself, nothing gets done. Read all the other recent one star reviews, this is not an isolated incident, this building is an empty suit.

Juan at the front desk is incredibly good at his job. He's always dressed professionally, opens the door for people with their hands full, always gives a friendly greeting, etc. He truly goes above and beyond his duties. The rest of the front desk staff are excellent as well - Mark and Harry are always positive and very helpful with getting packages, taking care of any building issues mentioned to them, etc. Very happy with the service at this building.

This place is unprofessional i called to rent a place and a man said he had one for a thousand then a lady called me nack like no its 11 thousand a month like this is a real world what mother has 11 thousand a month redicalous people
