Hi Mr. Moore, we are very sorry for what you are going through and that you were injured. It sounds as if there is some confusion here between the personal injury case you had us look into for you and the traffic court case you are describing above. Unfortunately as we discussed with you several days ago the person that hit you had no insurance and you did not own a car nor did you live with any family member that owned a car, therefore there was no insurance to cover your accident. As such, we let you know that our firm would not be able to represent you. A certified letter was sent to you at that time to confirm that we would be unable to assist you with this case. As unfair as this may seem, we did explain this to you at length and you informed us that you understood the circumstances. You then thanked us for looking into your case. Your comments above come as a complete and utter surprise as all of these issues were discussed well before your traffic court date. Moreover, the events describe are for traffic court and not your injury case. Traffic court is the case the City of Chicago has against the person that hit you. This case is prosecuted by the City of Chicago. If you are not satisfied with the City of Chicago's handling of the traffic court case I would encourage you to reach out to them to discuss the matter further. They didn't return my phone calls and didn't even show up for my trial I felt so stupid in court the judge wouldn't even listen to me and the lady that hit me with her car walk out with a smile on her face talk about being disappointed. My case was at 50 w Washington and there at 20 n Clark and just left me hanging. I barley had money to make to Court because my leg is broken and I came all the way downtown on crutches mind you I weigh 250lbs and I called to see if someone could get my certificate of disposition because I only had 24 hours to pick it up and this medicine makes me to the point I can function. Guess what no response!

Alright....Im gonna try and summarize this as best as possible. My girlfriend, my sister and myself were all seriously injured in a head on, hit and run collision. My sister needed multiple surgeries included facial reconstruction and has permanent disfigurement. My sister had to be airlifted to have her arm saved, my girlfriend had fractured vertebraes, lost her job and couldnt walk for weeks, and I ended up with a concussion, stitches, poison ivy and multiple other minor injuries. So this happened in August 2016, we hired Mark based on recommendations and reviews, we spoke to mark one time in over 6 months and he basically didnt even know who we were. When youre in a bad accident with people you care so much about that almost died, you want it to be taken seriously and you wanna feel like a priority, we did not, no where near. Angie was very informative I will say that but we asked and asked and asked to speak with mark on how the case was going but we never got a call back. We never had somebody reach out to us ever, not once. Mark didnt care about us at all, so after over 6 months of nobody getting anything done and being placed on the back burner we terminated him and hired Staver law group and thats when we found out what mark actually did....nothing, and had the nerve to say and I quote Im surprised because I was working on their case right now, that felt like a complete insult. He did nothing, it was like we were starting from scratch and 4 months later my sister got an offer for her case for the absolute maximum she could get and a couple months later we got the same offer. All of that being said, I summarized a lot of it and if I could give him zero stars I would.
