I have a 2022 BMW X4 and I am having problems with the Apple Car Play. I have been told that my APPLE XR phone does not pair well with the system and that is why it will not work properly. I am willing to purchase a new phone with the agreement that if the new phone does not solve the problem, BMW would reimburse me. The dealership would not honor this request so I still have a brand new car without a solution to the problem. I am not very happy with the outcome of the service.

Came to pay cash for a carNot ONE person came outside while I was looking at vehicles. Walked inside, AGAIN not one person came up to me to offer assistance. Guess they make enough money they dont care if youre there to pay IN FULL. Im not going to dress up in a skirt and heels to get attention. Careful who you ignore, they might just be your next BIG client.

I had received the most luxuriousness experience from BMW of Delray Beach. I had arrived unplanned to my prior schedule to look at cars as my BMW X3 was lease was due to return back to the dealership. There I met Robert Choate who went absolutely over & BEYOND to assist me in every single way. From answering my million questions, showing me multiple models, working with me on my budget and providing the best deal I couldn't be happier with my experience. The process was smooth, and I was able to pick up my new 2022 BMW X3 on Monday. Presented with a beautiful bow on my car, I will for sure be returning & recommending Robert & his team to my friends here in Florida!

Nelson promptly met me , discussing the issues I had and got me under way in a loaner. Texted me later same day car was all set ready good to go. He addressed each problem did it professionally and car is fine now.

I bought a used Mercedes Benz S63 AMG for $80K. The salesperson (Norris Mathew) called me 10 times a day as we were negotiating the deal. There were several times they needed info "today" and I always responded immediately. Once the deal was done I was trying to get info on delivery of the vehicle since I live in Massachusetts. Every day it was shipping tomorrow. After a week I was no longer getting returned calls from Norris. I started leaving messages for the used car manager (Bruce Childs). Bruce did call me back initially but quickly went radio silent. Now I can see where their salespeople get their poor communication skills, from the management!! I ended up flying down to Florida and driving the car back to Mass. Now I have a couple questions regarding the title & registration and after several calls & emails to Bruce, still no communication back to me... I've purchased many cars through the years but this was by far the worst service I've ever received.
