Rented with this company for our wedding anniversary. You will have to wait for check-in. We were told 4pm didn't get into the cabin until 7pm. Not good if you've been driving for hours and want to rest. The cabin was clean but its bare. Light bulbs were blown, no toilet paper, a few towels, bring a smaller frying pan, and filter coffee pot. For the price, I recommend going somewhere else. Also, only TV in living room is a smart TV so you can only watch Netflix, etc. In living room. Good for just a weekend stay but not for more than 2 nights. Will not be coming back here. You can find nicer for the price. The customer service was friendly but had to be put on hold forever. There is a hot tub but one side of it didn't work. Severely out of date!

The cabin we stayed at thunder lodge had several issues which is to be expected cause it's tough to have a cabin in just tip top shape but the upstairs tub leaked, one tub was cracked, all down stairs outside doors didn't work or have handles, fire place didn't work, still had roaches in the downstairs kitchen (was hoping this was rectified since the November review for this cabin said the same thing) pool table was super dirty, counter tops we had to wipe them down. But overall the cabin was decent not worth 2400 dollars but is what it is. They did offer a 30% refund for the problems which is better than nothing and they seemed like they cared so guess the next guests will see. Probably not using them again.

Cabin was pretty and had nice views but this company really didnt make for a smooth relaxing vacation. I thought we would check in at 4 so I went to the store and my cold food went bad because we didnt check in till 7 + we got hit with a snow storm and barely made it because they made us wait so late. The jacuzzi was cold, I called it before we got here that the fireplace was broken after the way they treated us on the phone, the dishwasher was broke, the dishes were dirty and we were left with no sponge. We had to wash our dishes with 1 of the 3 rags left for a 4 person cabin.. we called the next morning at 12PM asking for more rags and towels and sat here until 6:30 before they brought any thing to us and its snowing out.. we wanted to go out before it was dark. Wasted one of my days waiting on dumb towels because they didnt do good enough. I wanted a vacation and all this company did was aggravate me. Honestly ready to go home
