Rhonda, First, I would like to thank you for finally taking the time to leave a review for our company after fours years of enjoying the benefits of our services. You know the SEO service that got you #1 in Dallas for just about every keyword related to your business. The truth of the matter is that you called in and asked to talk with one of our web designers and one of our customer service reps said no problem, you will have to set an appointment. Then you flew off the handle about that fact that how dare you tell me I have to set an appointment, I have been with your company for 4 years. Then you proceeded to yell at her and was beyond rude even though she was only following our procedures. Next thing while she was upset and crying in my office, you proceeded to send a nasty email canceling our SEO services, you know the service that has generated 100s of thousand of dollars for you company via the internet. After dealing with my employee crying and your nasty email about how badly you were treated by my staff because you had to make an appointment like everyone else and you wanted to cancel. I accepted your cancellation, and yes I was looking forward to getting another window and doors company #1 in Dallas for all of their major keywords. Even after all that, you called my partner Andrew, and begged him not to cancel our service, I am sure you know what service I am referring to by now! And Andrew being a better person than me, brought you back into our family even after I advised him that you were no longer a good client for us. Then a few weeks later, I get a call from a prospective client, who is a client now But he told me that he talked to you and all you did is bad mouth our company. And when customer service reached out to you regarding this matter you were rude and just mean to her. With all this being said, I proceeded to cancel your services with us, you know, the SEO service that helped your company grow over the last 4 years, and sent you your website files so you could find a company that you could be happy with. In essence, I was doing you a favor, why on earth would you want to do business with such a horrible service like ours? I have been doing SEO since 2008 and have accounts that I am managing since then. Creactive Inc. was started in 2015 and we have many accounts that we have been managing since then. My team is the best in the business and work hard to ensure that our clients not only benefit from our SEO services, but get 1st rate customer service as well. 98% of the time we if a customer needs their website changed or something added, we completed right then and there, worst case scenario, 24 hours. I have a long history with Creactive; five years to be exact. I have personally worked with both Ryan and Andrew, the owners, as well as multiple people on their staff. I am not a frequent review poster, but recently had something so disappointing happen, I feel I need to share my experience to prevent others from being blindsided. Several months ago, I made a change to my logo. I requested the change be made on Creactives end and was met with pushback about logo sizing. I requested to speak with the gentleman working with me and he flatly refused to speak on the phone with me, stating he was too busy. After being given the run-around, I emailed him back saying I would prefer them not send anymore customers to me for a reference, and that I was considering terminating my account. I would like to add here that in the past five years, I have provided numerous references, allowed potential customers to call me, etc. to help Creactive promote and grow their business. In response to this email, one of the owners, Ryan, emailed me stating that my account would be closed and that he looked forward to working with another windows and doors company in Dallas. I was completely flabbergasted. I immediately tried to call to speak with Ryan as well emailing him, then after no response, began searching out a new hosting company. Several days later, the other owner, Andrew called to discuss what had happened and why I wanted to leave. He ASSURED me that if I were to stay with Creactive, he would personally handle my account from this point on, offered me a discount, and gave me his cell number. A lady from Creactive called after I spoke with Andrew, asking if I would post a positive review online. I told her that I needed some time before I would be ready to do this. Then, days later, while on vacation, I received a call out of the blue from a potential customer, stating that he had been given my information to provide a reference. In shock, I told him I wasnt comfortable being a reference point, and that I was in a mending phase with Creactive. Let me be clear that I told the customer nothing of my experience and said nothing negative about Creactive. The next day, I received yet another email from Ryan stating that he was terminating my account on the 8th because I was obviously unhappy. I called Andrew to discuss and he said he would check on the situation and then inquired as to why I wouldnt complete a review for them as asked. I never heard anything back from him after that, after trying to call and text numerous times. I have since placed my business elsewhere. Never in my 17 years of management in the car business, nor in my 6 years as a business owner, have I encountered such unprofessional behavior. Please consider carefully before placing your business with Creactive.

CreActive seems to be lost when it comes to building my website, I have never worked with a more incompetent website developer and SEO company in the 10 years of updating and upgrading my website. Some issues: 1). They are 6 - 8 weeks late developing a fully functional and acceptable desk top website as promised. 2). The mobile website is not legible or user friendly. 3). They seem to have a short memory or tell "less than half truths" when it comes to making changes as promised. The changes are never made. 4). Every page has at least 10 - 20 errors, bad links, incorrect pictures or unfinished/never started requested changes. 5). Its been about 2 months now and CreActive has yet to begin SEO even though I'm paying for the service. 6). Their service department is a buffer between the designers and the customer, so, things get lost in translation. The service rep seems nice enough but is not really technically oriented. 7). CreActive for some reason is unable to make changes from MARKED -UP screen-shots I have sent them even-though I have been assured all of the changes have been made. 8). The owner says he will speak to me, but for whatever reason he is never available, I am put on hold, am put on a sales pitch loop or the call is dropped. He has yet to return my calls. This is only my opinion: STAY AWAY from CreActive unless you want more drama and frustration in your business life.
