Hugo and the rest of his team have delivered time after time. Richard the design artist worked with me to design a new team logo and several other t-shirt designs. Hugo's product expertise helped guide me through material and color selection so that I ended up with the best end result. Cost-wise, Hugo cannot be beat. I went to him to get a bid for shirts, shorts, and sweatshirts and he was about $2/pr cheaper for shorts, $3/ea shirt cheaper, and $5/ea sweatshirt - yes, that was for the exact same manufacturer and style (model). In the end, Hugo is a fantastic partner who truly works with his customer to get them what they want at a fair price. I now trust him and his team at B.I.G. with all my apparel needs. (No, I am not an employee, I'm an actual coach who is just happy to have worked with a great company)
