I would leave zero stars if that were an option. Our company used Gecko Wraps and had issues with the last two trucks they wrapped for us. They failed to match our proofs in numerous places, and also delivered a wrap that was pixelated as if printed at the wrong resolution. Our logo was distorted. They also missed areas of one truck while covering DOT signs and other items on another. To top it off, they also did a wrap on the back door of one of our 53' trailers that was supposed to match the rest of the truck. The color came back COMPLETELY wrong. It was forest green instead of light grey, and our straight lines in the design now had waves. How it left their facility to come back to us is beyond me. It was as if they just hoped we wouldn't notice. The worst part about this story is the customer service after the issues happened. Instead of trying to correct it, they avoided our calls and refused to call us back when they said they would, with us having to follow up with them over and over. When we finally did get a hold of them, we had to send the pictures of the issues numerous times. First Ben, then Michael, then Brandon the shop foreman promised to fix the trucks. When they finally scheduled to fix them on a Saturday, they stood up our crew who was being paid on overtime - no call, no show. On Monday we received an email from Michael that "he had meant to re-schedule, but the email was stuck in his outbox". Right. These people literally could care less about their reputation, and they just want us to go away and cut their losses with us as a customer. When I asked to speak to the owner (Shane apparently), I was told he was vacation. Hopefully this review can save you and your company from going through the huge headaches we have had with these guys. Avoid them at all costs.

First off, Mr Tony Kiger, Id like to pick apart your statements and show the actual facts of the actual invoice of your $3500 wrap, not $14000. We are a certified company with certified installers which give coverage to any warranty claims for 2 years. When a vehicle is brought into our facility we have a checklist that is performed to go over any damages that are present, this is obviously done to cover us from a person without any integrity who makes false and fictitious claims such as yourself. Therefore we had documented proof of the drivers side mirror housing damage and was notated as being broken before the wrap was ever started. This claim was backed up by evidence and the documents. There is always some customer who thinks they can work the system and think they are dealing with a junior league graphics company, but GeckoWraps has installed over 10,000 wraps all over the country. We stand up for the work we do and always stand by our warranty. What is interesting is when a person without any integrity tries to put any company on blast with a blatant misrepresentation of the facts. When in fact the credibility of your claims were virtually nonexistent and therefore you couldnt dispute your charge because the work was performed claiming damage on a vehicle that was already there and trying to strong arm a vendor to have it paid for shows that even your own credit card company didnt believe you. When you couldnt get items paid for you tried to issue a charge back with a fictitious claim saying you didnt get what you paid for. Well, with all the supporting documents, photos of a completed wrap, the documents showing the checkout sheet, it was simple to see that you are upset that you couldnt con your way to a free wrap. If you feel like speaking about this matter further we are always here to talk like professionals instead of stooping to such rhetoric.

NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS CROOKED COMPANY!!! We sent our clients vehicle to Gecko Wraps to have a full color change on a brand New BMW. We were told it would take 2 weeks to complete. We allowed 3 weeks as we did not want the job rushed. Gecko insisted that they be paid the full amount up front, which seemed a little odd for this kind of work. We paid the $14,000 as stated and as the 3 week mark came and went, the vehicle was still not completed. We went to inspect the work only to find the vehicle still tore apart and a new guy trying to redo the mess that a sub contractor did. This is when we found out that they didn't have any in house wrap guys and they used random guys needing jobs (those without the skills to wrap or take apart a vehicle without damage). As we continued to inspect the vehicle, we found that they had broke a side mirror housing ($1,200 part) put a softball sized dent in the rear cargo door (needed PDR work), jammed the cargo door shut so that it wouldn't open again, lost screws and clips to hold the panels on, so much more! We were told by the manager that this matter would be handled and everything would be taken care of. That the vehicle needed to be stripped down again and a new guy would redo and try to fix the pieces. Keep in mind, this is a brand new BMW X5 Hybrid! We were told another 2 weeks to redo the vehicle and try to salvage some areas, and they would stay late everyday to get it done. Every 2 days we would stop over to check on the progress to see if they were staying on time. Everyday they would have some issue as to why they were so far behind and really didn't seem to care as they had already been paid for the job. As the 2nd week came, after buying a new mirror, laying a PDR guy to fix the dents, and paying a mechanic to come and fix the rear cargo door, this vehicle was still a disaster! The following day we were told the vehicle would be complete and that we could come pick it up. Wrong! The vehicle was not completed, with none of the door jambs wrapped, more broken parts, patches all over the vehicle, cut door gaskets, cargo door that wouldn't close all the way, cuts in the paint and trim pieces. At this point they had had the vehicle for over 2 months and we pulled the vehicle from the shop as they stated it was complete which it was far from! The vehicle was inspected at our shop to see what and how much it would take to fix this disaster once and for all. We had another wrap company stop in to evaluate the vehicle only to find that the vehicle was in such poor condition that it needed to be fully stripped and redone for the 3rd time. At this point we disputed the payment to Gecko as the work was never completed, the expense of a mechanic to fix the vehicle so it was drivable, a PDR Guy to pull the dents Gecko had installed, ordering new OEM Parts to fix what the wrap guys had broken and or lost. Gecko disputed our claim even with piles of evidence against them and still owes us a refund for the time, damages, and incomplete work that they couldn't even perform. A fired lady we had been working with half the way through, a drugged up wrap guy that quit 2 weeks in and then a handful of guys as high as they could be. If you want a destroyed vehicle and lost money, then this is the place to throw it all away! This place should clearly be shut down if not all locked up as a bunch of crack heads!
