Very dissatisfied with BMW Sarasota service. Paid over $200 for a computer diagnostics. No information was given on what was found. The existing trouble codes were not deleted. The car stayed with them for a whole day even do they said it will only take a few minutes and I only got it back after I went looking for it. They didn't know where it was and they had issues finding it. I strongly believe nothing was actually done to my car, but obviously I can't prove that. Anyhow, I have just wasted over $200 for something Autozone (for example) provides for free. In short super overpriced and poor service. I would definitely not go there again.

Customer service is very friendly but they need to work on estimates badly! Estimate for a special order part was $400-$500. Got the part in got to the appointment and the part was actually $1000.

Very helpful, friendly, and clean dealership. They helped find my radio code on my 1999 M3 along with installing my wipers free of charge on my 2004 745li. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who needs help with their BMW.
Was not happy with service . Made a appt for service , after waiting for 2 hours I finally said something abs apparently they had dropped the ball and forgot about my appt . I made another appt for couple days after and the Porter that was servicing my car had to run out and so I waisted 3 hours again . Not very good experience with service .
