The biggest mistake I've ever made in my whole life was coming here. They make getting my prescription so I can order contacts online a pain. Horrible unorganized service.

WORST optical store ever!! They told me that my glasses will be ready in a week, I called after a week and they said that I can come after 4pm to pick them up, and when I went there they told me that the glasses are not ready yet and that it will take few more days, excuse me??! and attitude of the people that works there is very very bad! They didnt even apologize for it! The guy just said "What can I do?" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I will never ever go there again!!
