I had only 2 shirts printed thru them as test before the batch (mainly cause of all the horrible reviews) and maaaaan they were so bad! The print was SQUASHED and our company logo was nothing like she showed me how it would end up on the computer. On top of that, it took two whole weeks to print only 2 shirts !! AND it cost over $60 for 2 custom print tees! They showed no remorse for this and their attitude is was really negative. Almost like youre a burden to them! What kind of business is this?

Terrible customer service. Monique needs to learn how to treat her customers. Poor quality printing. Inconsistencies through and through. Tried working with her realizing she was a small business, mom of 7 and minority owned, but she disrespected me for the last time. Sent proof completely different from my expectation, I rejected the proof and she refused to print as directed. Sent me product with no printing at all to avoid reimbursement by PayPal. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE; STRESS and HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE. Additionally no business requires all the money upfront! Poor business practices through and through. Shame!

Went to get a qoute for about 20 pressed shirts on 5/31, arrived about 10am, door locked, looked at hours sign, and I have never in my entire life seen a business take such an approach (see pic). I tell you what CPT's, if you dont know exactly when you will be in, then im not exactly sure if I will ever be back again! Wow! Maybe their prices are so inflated, and they make so much off one order, they dont need to be open all the time. Pretty cool! Way to represent downtown Renton.....smh
