I really did not appreciate the conversation I had with one of your employees- Naomi- about my excitement with hearing more about your company, the opportunities, and the qualifications needed. Before hearing anything I had to say or even see my resume OR EXPERIENCE she made it very clear your company was "above" me and that "I can resort to the non-professional companies like sittercity or care.com maybe I can find a chance there." The delivery and tone was NOT something I was expecting from such a "high end, professional, classy company" it is made out to be on the website. I will not be applying now or in the future solely for the fact she made me feel belittled with assumptions on my experience. I'm sure she could tell by the end of the quick conversation I wasn't interested anymore whether I met your standards or not. Naomi who I spoke to does NOT match the description of herself that is stated on your company's website "Naomi brings something she does with the poise and Zen that only a marathon runner and Yogi-guru-in-training can possess". I guess we all have stuff we can work on no matter what age.

The help company is the REAL DEAL. I interviewed with several nanny agencies and the staff here really is looking for the BEST fit, pointing out my strengths, and bringing out the best in me professionally. They were completely understanding when it wasnt a great fit, never pressuring me, and taking the time to personally talk it out. The second family I interviewed with was the absolute PERFECT fit, and The Help Company just knew it from the start. This company treats you like a human, not just a profit....they are 100% looking out for the family AND the people (nannies) they represent. Truly, every staff member I met or spoke with was genuine, helpful, patient, kind, & honest. I have now been with a wonderfully family for 5 months, looking forward to many many more years with them. I am eternally grateful to The Help Company, changed my life!!!

Not good. If there was a zero, I'd give that. They are a waste of time. They never called me with a job, not in 3 years! Try Colonial Domestics instead; they are amazing and have the best paying jobs.
