During my first visit they told me that I would receive a call from them after 2 weeks. 3 weeks went by without a call. I ended up calling them myself and they said the glasses were ready. Even then, I couldnt wear it because it was a completely different prescription. I called them again and was told to make another appointment. After this appointment they told me to bring the original pair of glasses to change the lens. I have now received the new lens and there is a noticeable scratch on the frame where one of the lens was put in. I dont recommend anyone to come this store.

If I could give zero stars I would. I want to inform all people who use this optics. I came earlier to my appointment and wait from 2:30 PM only to be seen at 4:30 PM. When I came there, there was no other patient in the optics at the time. The doctor was dealing with her own problems about her apartment and for an hour. While people sit and wait for the doctor to finish solving their problems, and a man just walks in that she seems to be friends with and instead of taking care of the patient, she started chatting with him. More people started coming in and she took them before me. It seems like they have forgot about me and completely disregarded that I was there. Finally when I was being seen, her first question was about whether my insurance is going to over it? It seems like all she cares about is the money more than helping someone out. The people working there are very rude and disrespectful and I would not recommend coming here.

I stumbled onto this place when I was walking around the neighborhood, blind as a bat, trying to find ONE, just ONE, glasses store that had the type of nose piece that my glasses needed. Every place that I visited insisted that the nose piece I needed wasn't available because it's specific to Ray Bans and they don't carry it and refused to try to substitute it with other types of nose pieces. Then I saw this place across the street and decided to give it a try. The moment I walked in, one of the staff named Daniella greeted me and took her time to find a good nose piece for my glasses. She didn't wait for me to ask her if it was possible to subsitute the nose piece or any of the other millions of questions I had to ask all the other people I saw today. Daniella took the initiative to try it out herself and came back to me with both nose pieces replaced. She spent the time to explain to me what to do if the nose piece fell out since it was the kind that just hooks onto the metal. When I asked her for suggestions on more durable glasses, Daniella took even more time to teach me about the different kinds of nose pieces and how the ones with the screws are the best ones. She even showed me a pair that had that type so I know what I should be looking for the next time I buy a new pair. When I asked her about appointments for an eye exam, she spent a few extra minutes to give me all the details about all three of their locations. We even spent some time simply chit chatting about how I had to walk around blind to find someone to fix my glasses as she was getting the nose pieces onto my glasses. I didn't get the full experience of visiting a glasses shop; getting an eye exam, picking out glasses, and then going back a few days later to get them. But I am very grateful that she was the only one willing to think outside of the box to fix my glasses so I didn't have to risk injury while venturing outside without them on. I'll definitely return to get the full experience when I have money to spare.

This has to be teh worst place. took my son there over a month ago. They handed me a script that he needs glasses. Not only they told me to go to another dr. For second op. They had no glasses that fit him at all. So i asked to get a copy of his PD. And for over a month they are not willing to give it to me because i didnt get glasses from them. Nasty people that work there. never would i tretr someone like they did.
