Really fantastic service - the carpets look brilliant and Ray was so helpful throughout the decision making process. More affordable than chain shops but youd never know it from the quality of the carpets! Couldnt recommend them highly enough.

Amazing job, amazing quality. My mum wanted her new place to be fitted with quality carpet throughout and after the rooms were measured, Budget Carpets gave her a fabulous quote, much better than at Carpet Right. With this plus their sincere customer service, she decided to go with Budget Carpets. They were very knowledgeable on the matter and helped by clearly explaining every thing to my mother (who is 83 years of age). The sales assistant (Alan) devoted his time to her, assured her there was no rush, and was so down to earth and approachable that she and I were confident she was making HER CHOICE for her new home. Not pressured or rushed by impatient sales staff, like she encountered at Carpet Right! She did have to pay a small fee for the fitting but even when this was added to the quote it still worked out cheaper! When the carpet was fitted just a week later I was amazed at the quality of the finish. The neatness and the precision was fabulous. They correctly measured around the radiator pipes, the grippers position meant the carpet was streamlined with the ornate skirting and the way the fitter (Dave) managed to shape it to some really alkward ornate door frame and skirting areas was absolutely brilliant! I know this sounds a bit OTT but after how Carpet Right have left the edges when fitting carpet in my house (which is alot simpler), I was so impressed. I don't normally do these reviews but had to after this service as the end result is wonderful. See for yourself in the attached photos. Budget Carpets - thank you for the wonderful finish and kind and considerate level of service you have provided to my mother. Just what I want for her, and what she deserves
