First time ordering from Apparel 2000 and I will never make that mistake again. It took them much longer to send our patches than they said it would and when they did arrive, they looked like they were beat up! When I tried to call to ask why they looked so terrible, they would not answer or return my phone call. I finally was able to get ahold of someone, over a month later, and he was extremely rude. Poor customer service! I cannot even use these patches because they do not pass my company standards. I asked if there was anything they could do for me and he laughed at me. Clearly, Apparel 2000 standards are much lower. I honestly have no idea how they have been in business so long if they treat every job and customer like they did mine. Extremely shameful.

Erik was refunded in full, every penny. We've supplied patches to 1,000's of motorcycle clubs all over the world for decades. Quite a few 1%ers. We stand behind our work and reputation. There were some issues that resulted in mistakes on Erik's order. Including a serious injury in our shop. my order was late. Took a few times of calling then I was told. The embroiderer has been hurt. But they were getting to it. I finally got the patches. The colors were wrong. Not just by a shade or so, but totally off. The embroidery on the edge of every patch was horrible. The edge would be thin and then get thick. Most corners had the backing showing. I sent the patches back and asked for a refund. I had paid almost $2000 for the patches. It took over a month to get 1/2 my money back. I asked for the other half. Pat told me that week. That has been over 3 weeks. I have emailed Pat a few days ago. Havent got a response. I usually dont give bad reviews. All I want is the rest of my money back.

Contacted Pat at Apparel 2000 to have multiple jackets embroidered with logo as gifts - very satisfied with the product results, design detail, service and communication. After providing a description and picture of the embroidery I wanted, the design image was created and Pat provided the images for approval before starting project. Service was prompt and accommodated special requests. I am very satisfied with the high-quality product outcome and service - I highly recommend Apparel 2000 and look forward to future business. I ordered some custom patches and was very disappointed with the quality of the workmanship. The colors were perfect but that's where the good ended, some were centered while others weren't and the edging seemed like a child did it. I would definitely NOT recommend
