When ServPro trucks show up with the logo "Like It Never Happened" they aren't kidding. I had a septic tank back up and I had a real shi**ty mess on my hands. My local guys couldn't do the job & thankfully having me the number for ServPro. At first, they said they couldn't get here until THURSDAY (this happened to be Friday afternoon). I explained my nasty situation. Gabrielle said she'd call me right back. I thought I'd never hear from them again, but sure enough within 15 min. I got a call saying that a crew would be at my house at 6:00PM!!! With a massive show of cleaning force 4 highly experienced and very nice guys showed up; donned hazmat suits/gloves/respirators and went to work. They were here until 10:30...on a FRIDAY NIGHT. They did an amazing job. They came back every day to check on the equipment they left here to dry the place out. By Tuesday the equipment was gone & our house was spotless. I've never met a more professional bunch in my life; and I'm old. I'd recommend John Flood and ServPro any day of the week.
