I don't rate negative stars if it were possible. Don't bother calling to ask questions about inventory. Called to ask if they carry oak, they said yes. We got there and they were totally clueless and rude to my father while stating that they do NOT carry oak. And dont bother checking Google for their hours bc apparently they close at 1 on Saturdays, not 3 as stated on here. Save yourself the aggravation and go to Home Depot. I understand making a mistake but the rudeness and brushing my father off as a customer was ABSURD and beyond unprofessional.

I had the Unpleasant opportunity to have MIKE answer the phone at 3:55 on a Friday, I asked him for some prices ,He responded "Who Is This" I said ,Cash, Jimmy ,Cash, ,,Mike Rudley, replied , I don't know anyone of that name and Hung Up on me !, then refused to answer the phone when I called back repeatedly,, Hey MIKE,, SUK IT !
