If youll notice, none of these reviews are very recent! Well, heres my RECENT experience...I dropped off my daughters A&M lab coats to be monogrammed on April 27th and SPECIFICALLY stated we needed to pick them up prior to May 7th because my daughter was starting clinicals at vet school on Monday May 10th. I was told it would not be a problem they would be ready in plenty of time! I left NUMEROUS messages the week of May 1st- May 7th with no return call. Well, guess what?? Today is May 7th- the shop is closed (even though the website says its open) and no one is answering the phone, AGAIN!! Ive jumped through multiple hoops and countless time on the Internet all morning/afternoon trying to reach Josette (the shop owner) because my daughter HAS to have those coats in order to receive credit for her school internship. Well, I FINALLY found Josettes cell phone number (by the grace of GOD) and I texted her regarding the lab coats. It took over an hour to finally get a response and when she did respond, she stated she was out of town until next week, the shop was closed and the coats HAD NOT EVEN BEEN STARTED!!! Of course I panicked and asked if there was any way possible for me to get them back today? (Done or not) She stated she would have her husband stop by the shop and put them in a bag outside of the shop for us to pick up. I NEVER give reviews, ever! (As a matter of fact this is my very first one) but I wanted warn people and make them aware of what type of business is being ran at Ink & Stitches. When someone works as hard as my daughter has, spent 8yrs in school to get to this point and you rely on someone to get the work done theyve promised you, you expect to have quality work done in a timely manner. Well in our case that just didnt happen, At all!!! I even did extensive research to make sure I found the best place possible to have this work done because it was so IMPORTANT I didnt want to leave anything to chance!!! Im beyond disappointed and completely dissatisfied to say the least! If I could rate this a zero, I would. Now I just pray her husband does put them in a bag for us to pick up today, because if not, my daughter will not be permitted to start clinicals on Monday. Im literally in shock as to why they had not EVEN BEEN STARTED after it was explained in great detail the IMPORTANCE of having them completed prior to today and NO ONE even had the courtesy to call and let me know it was not going to be possible -so I could have AT LEAST tried to make other arrangements!! Again, totally disappointed I just wanted to take the time to write this review so hopefully this wont happen to someone else. Thanks for listening.

She did such a wonderful job! She helped me monogram a Yeti cup for a present just in time for Christmas! I was a little last minute, but she squeezed me in anyway. It turned out beautiful!

I used ink and stitches for our churchs girls camp t-shirts and it was such a great experience! I worked with Josette and she was very quick to respond to my questions and the quality of the ink prints was great I will be using them going forward! Thanks!
