Do not recommend this shop. I visited this morning and was treated with absolute disrespect by Geoff who later told me he is the owner. As a small business owner he should know that his business depends on customers like me, and I will now be shopping elsewhere!

I went to this shop recently to exchange a product (which I bought recently) that was expired. There was a lady at the counter who was not helpful in resolving the matter. She kept on arguing and when she realised she was wrong she responded very rudely. I find that customer service is zero at this store, they need to know how to treat their customers !!

Sunnybrook is a great food store for those with allergies. Clear labels for those with gluten allergies, dairy allergies, fructose intolerances and nut allergies. Haven't been to many other organic shops but we found some good allergy free bread mix and gluten free pasta. Huge range of Orgran products too.
