Customer service sucks. Placed an order and called them 3 times about the order. Every single time they were missing the size. Not sure why its so hard to put the size in there when I spoke to them, put apparently none of the times I talked to them they did that. So eventually I just got fed up and canceled the order. Will order from someone else that can actually do the job right.

Just sent in my 6th request! I've been waiting to make an order for months, they just NEVER reply!
I have never been in a medical center that had nicer employees.Everyone I have meet were so nice and really care about you. I am so glad my daughter stared working their, because I had very dry eyes and told me about the eye drops they made. Change my life.
Placed an order 2 1/2 weeks ago, no product has shown up, Ive been rushed off of the phone, no one returns my messages. Maybe now someone will answer me about the $500 I spent and have gotten nothing for it!!!!
