For some reason they brought me back with another person for one tech. So I'm just standing in the room while the tech is checking someone else site. Weird

Ive been going to them for years. Dr Lane suggested that I trial a pair of contacts , so I came in and did. Im on a fixed income at the end of the appointment they want $193.00 know way I can afford it if I had known it was going to cost that much I would have said no. They are usually good , I think they slipped this time.

Went in for new contacts and glasses- walked out of this office feeling like a million bucks. The two technicians that helped me find glasses made me feel like I was shopping with two very stylish, best friends. Ive never felt so confident in a glasses choice. The gentleman who helped me get fitted for contacts went above and beyond as well- putting me in multiple different pairs to ensure I find what really works for me! I love this office and greatly appreciate the staffs positive attitudes!!
Julie, I am so very sorry. This is not the customer service that we pride ourselves on. I am glad that you were happy with Dr Morey and her Technician, however you deserve excellent customer service from front to back. I am sorry you felt you had to go to Costco for your supply. I also know that we are less or at the very least comparable with Costco prices. Dr. Morey and her technician gave my husband and I a thorough eye exam and were happy to answer all of our questions. I am giving Makar eyecare only one star because we spent 2 hrs dealing with incompetent customer service when we ordered our contacts. In the end, my husband ordered a year supply of contacts which they ensured us came with a $50 mail in rebate. Only to find out that the brand they sold us were not covered by the rebate. When I called back to let them know about the rebate issue I was transferred twice then told that the only person who could help me with the contacts was busy. I ordered my contacts from Costco because they are half the price Makar charges.
