I hate to say it... but the owner as stated by someone else's review IS very rude, unprofessional and confrontational. I would take my business elsewhere. The initial meeting with with the young man behind the desk set the tone as if you are going to have a wonderful experience there. I have worked with that individual other then the old guy to place my order. The day I was scheduled to pick up my order the owner (which I had no idea the old guy was the owner) walked from the back and demanded money. Keep in mind I already paid for in advance for the item that was to given to me. (I can provide and post every single piece of invoice from that business, my credit card company and Costco as proof). The jacket that was printed on was purchased from Costco. My reply was check the invoice and I don't owe you anything based on what I am here to pickup. He went of the handle... (this old dude started to yell and scream and walked back and forth to the back and then the front counter like he was missing his medication for the day. I was shocked and said I need to speak to the owner (I thought the young guy was the owner and the old man just needed some work to keep busy..lol.), because you are killing the reputation of this business... his relpy..("I am the owner!"). Also note he had some of his old friends / buddies in the back. Obviously he was showing out for them. Before I got my merchandise that I paid for, he told me 4 time to leave and I refuse... he then must have finally looked at the invoice and I received my purchase. He had the nerves to say he was joking and that I don't know how to take a joke... what in the world..really? I need to make this known...in one instance when he was pacing..he charged at me.. the only thing that stopped him from reaching me was the counter top where the orders are placed. I literally ask him and put my face closer and said.. you want to put your hands on me and hit me or something? This guy was crazy. Then I was told that my other order would be ready Friday and no apology was given. I think not.. they can keep it. I'm done and moving on. I just stayed to help give back to the local business. There are so many businesses that supply the same service and for much cheaper, off and online. They need to keep him away from people and sell it to someone else. A business owner should know better then to "joke" with customers like you are going to do harm to them and should have much better people skills then that.
Nearly three weeks to get a "sample design" for a patch/ t-shirt's. "Oh I'll call you, Oh we don't have it, Oh it will be here in the morning".. enough was enough, Refund please! Good Bye!
Best Graphics department in the business, The owner is actually there, most other graphic places art to busy to create a personal experience for the customer but at Impressive it is like a second home! They've done anything for me from business cards to magnets and kinda ironic, but the mark guy that left a negative review on here, Was ignoring the owner when they were trying to finalize a design for the patch. I remember hearing about that guy ahah
Very unprofessional. So unprofessional, I thought the owner was an employee. Mike drove away from my facility as I was speaking to him after explaining he screwed everything up right down to the amount of signs that were ordered. Rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. This was the worst experience I have ever had!! The signs were NOT impressive! Neither was their response time or their products. Charged me $100 for two signs that should have been aluminum, I ended up with corrugated plastic signs. Took 23 days to get my signs with black letters on a white board and they were still not what I had ordered. Even the holes were not drilled in the right spot for the frame they were shown. The S hooks would not even go into the sign. They had decided not to measure anything because the frame was adjustable, however the S hooks are not. Completely unsatisfied. Do you yourself a favor and order from Amazon! They customized my sign and had it to me the same week. Simply pathetic! Not to mention after having informed me that they could not put anything on the awning of the building I rent, they did it for my landlord. You want to see poor craftsmanship check out the awning on The Massage Room Dearborn it's their handy work.
