Beware Adjusters, Auto Recovery and Repossession Agents, Gregg appears upstanding and courteous upon meeting, but he will have you spending hours and Days on a repo with a faulty wireless gps that has you running in circles to a dead end of nothing only to have you discovery he has other repossessors on the job as well after you realize this by following each other to the " gps location", after handing him back his keys and paperwork and expressing my disdain about this situation he was rude and disrespectful to say the least You get what you give, or rather an eye for an eye thus i wish him well in his search FYI: Every location i was sent to (wasting my time) has been notified Of the on going search for his vehicle, but never fear wireless will dissolve in a matter of weeks!!!!! Again good luck in your search and for future reference appreciate ones who use there time, skill, patience and risk thier lives to recoup your vehicles. Respect and Appreciation goes along way!

Greg, Chloe, Rocky and staff gave me the best service. I felt like a family member and I love my new BMW! I did not want to leave and appreciate so much their patience and professionalism.
